Beckey was an outside farm dog who was protective of her property and the road in front of it. She was not fenced. She is wonderful with cattle – is proud of the calves. She is good with her chicken and farm fowl. She protected the barn cats.
Beckey has discovered the comfort of indoor living! She sleeps on a soft dog bed near the woodstove. She will often lie in the middle of the common room floor to be a part of the people action. She is affectionate and gentle. She loves kids. She will need to learn boundaries and continue her indoor lifestyle. Given a choice Beckey has shown that she prefers to live with her people as part of the family. Are you this gentle giant’s family?
